Every day at work we use many tools and applications such as email, sharing files, chatting, video conference, and security agents. With all these different applications being utilized at the same time, we can sometimes lose track of where we left off and which application we last used to collaborate with our members. It would be great if all these necessary applications are put together in one platform, working conveniently and securely. On top of this, a solution that logs every collaborative action by participating members, so we don’t lose track of anything. So we have put everything together in Wrapsody eCo, an all-in-one collaboration platform with state-of-the-art security.
There are various security levels in Wrapsody eCo, and depending on the situation, users can easily adjust the level of security from minimum to maximum as necessary. There may be situations when security level has to be adjusted to a minimal level such as when your most trusted client urgently requests for necessary files right away. In other cases, there may be situations where files have to be protected with maximum security to prevent data leakage by insider threats or sensitive data being breached by outsider threats. Also, when a new member joins, it is not easy to grasp all the details of the progress. In this case, someone has to explain all the details to the new member, and this is also not easy without having tracked all the details of the project’s progress. Wrapsody eCo automatically records necessary details of collaboration and progress, so that all members working on a project, whether internal or external, can quickly and easily grasp the pertinent details of collaboration.
The Home tab captures the to-dos, history of collaboration, recently shared files, recent chats, and upcoming online meetings at a glance.
The History tab displays details of collaboration within the workgroup such as shared files, downloaded files, edited file permissions, edited file information, edited workgroup permissions, viewed files, and invited members.
